Been going here since it was Torino's and it had first opened up. You know, the food is actually very good. It is a little pricey but I've never once had a bad experience in the past 8 years i've been going there. I'd recommend it to anyone. Friday nights there's karaoke which is always a good time. Ever since new ownership this place has been packed on weekends.

I love this place. The people are friendly, the food is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. They have the BEST old bay wings I've ever had and I try them everywhere. It can get crowded on the weekend but hey it's a bar! It's not crowed with people in there 20's acting crazy. Just an older, adult crowd who want to enjoy music, conversation, great food and drinks.

Here we are on 3-8-14 - came in for some food and drinks for my cousins birthday. We ordered appetizers to start and couldn't make it to the entrees. 1. Buffalo chicken wings - so over coated with hot sauce I needed 2 cups of blue cheese (and I like hot)! 2. Crab pretzels - enough salt to give a baby high blood pressure! Had to send it back! 3. Cream of crab soup - tasted like they combined whatever they had in the back with potato soup. 4. Mozzarella sticks - you can't mess these up, they taste like they're from the wholesale club but the marinara was spicy as ___! This isn't a review to bag on the place just to do it - but seriously, the chef must have ZERO taste buds! Save your money!!!

Second time we came here and I do believe it will be out last. Our first experience was great, good food and service. However today our service was horrible and they weren't even busy! It took at least half hour for us to get our lunch which consisted of a tuna salad plate and club sandwich with fries. We were the only ones ordering food From what I could tell and right when we are going to leave enough money on the table for our drinks there came our food. It was good but then had to wait at least 15 minutes after we were done eating before we even saw our waitress again to get a to go container and our check. Again, they were not busy!!!! Will not return based in the lack of service.

Why we won't come back (Although food is pretty good and service is good for the most part): Game 3 in the ALDS, top the 7th inning and the outside bar is closing! When Ravens and Orioles were both on tv earlier, four tvs showed one Orioles, one ravens, one cowboys, and one eagles games! Really?? If you're not a smoker, you become one on the patio. Cough!! Plenty of other places to go to eat, drink, watch games, and stay smoke free.

Friendly local bar with attentive staff. Their food is pretty good! I have ordered the margharita pizza which was great. The chicken cheese steak was also very tasty. They use quality chicken and fresh rolls. Would recommend this place to friends and family.

My husband and I visited this place the Monday before St. Patrick's Day. It's close to our house so I was really hoping it was going to be awesome. No such luck. I got the sheppards pie. Looked good enough but after a few bites the rest was COLD. And not just room temp. Like out of the fridge cold. I told the waitress and she offered to put it in the microwave??? I mean, if I wanted microwaved food I could have ate at home. I ate around the outside as best I could and that was that. No offer to discount our meal, free dessert, nothing. Oh, plus I ordered a salad that never showed up. Very disappointed. Will not go back. The fried pickles were good though.

I gave Half Pints another chance because the Manager reached out to address my original review. Definitely moving in the right direction. Very cold beer! Wings were good though, for $10 you shouldn't have to purchase more celery/ carrots. Pizza tasted good but inconsistent slicing of toppings leaves some well done and some nearly raw. I'm willing to go back to see if it continues to improve!

I had the chicken tortellini. It was creamy, delish & a huge portion. Not very heavy on the garlic, which I prefer. But had a wonderful taste. The shrimp dish was really good so I'm told. It had a hint of lemon in the sauce. We also shared the Mesa tots. Tator tots with 2 cheese melted with jalepenos you could have on top or on the side. Great place to go for well cooked comfort food.

Ummm....why go here? The drinks were cheap during happy hour, I will admit. But the food was so aggressively average. The "jumbo.wings" were pathetically small, and when I pointed that out to our server, she said "yeah, they seem small, I'll go ask..." but we never got more, or any answer at all. The cheesesteak was ok, but there was a smallish amount of steak and other stuff inside, and it tasted so sadly mediocre. The burgers were tired, the "Fun Guy" chicken sandwich was inedible. The best thing was the pizza, which at least had decent toppings on a very soggy crust. Bear in mind, we were only ordering items that the server was recommending. God help us if we had tried any of the actual entrees. If they can't make a chicken sandwich, I can't even imagine what Stuffed Peppers would have been. If you just want a beer while you watch a game, it's fine. Don't even think of eating there. Total waste of money, especially when you can get GREAT food at nearby Sean Bolens.

We frequent Half Pints often since its in our neighborhood and it is one of our favorites! Its nothing fancy and exactly what you would expect from a small sports bar. I am sad to see all of the negative reviews and can say that the service can be hit or miss depending on the time. We have had parties there and business lunches/dinners and have had pleasant experiences. I have tried a lot of things on their menu and highly recommend the following... 1) IF YOU GO HERE AND LIKE FISH...THE FISH AND CHIPS ARE AMAZING! The fish portion was massive and came with fries and homemade tartar sauce (I don't even like tartar sauce and this was stellar!) Probably the best Fish and Chips I have ever had! 2) Quesadillas! The portion is ginormous (it fits in a pizza box when you get it for carry-out!) and is definitely enough to share! They used to make them with shrimp and crab (which were awesome) but chicken is just as good! 3) Jerk chicken....awesome. just, awesome. The honey mustard dipping sauce and the marinade for the chicken is just perfection Hope this helps on others visits!

I really don't want to give them any stars. Went there on 2/26/14 for a school fundraiser. Took forever to be seated. After being seated and waiting 15 minutes for a server I got up to look for someone. Took forever to receive food. Mediocre at best. Can't see them being open much longer.

I've heard that Half Pints has the best crab soup in town, so when I learned that they had a free buffet for their customer appreciation day, I thought that it would be a good day to check it out. However, I didn't like the taste of their buffet choices (see the pic I uploaded for reference). They have TVs on every wall; surely it would be a good place to watch ur favorite sports game, but I doubt that u can hear it. I will be back to try some crab soup later, but I'm leaving disappointed today. Also, like previous reviews have stated, the service is slow-to the point where you feel as if there is a pecking order of things around here that makes u purposely ignored by the staff.

Came back and tried Half Pints again. Bonus points to Half Pints for having NFL Sunday Ticket! We definitely do not mind coming in to catch part of the game. The menu has been updated since my previous review, but the service is slow and some of the food is bland. The homemade chips we had were wet and not fully cooked. Our waitress must've walked by us about 5 times without checking to see if we needed anything.

Just a run of the mill sports pub...Nothing special sadly ... went there a couple years ago to hear a musician friend play on the outside patio area... on that visit a couple years ago the staff seemed energized and helpful. So last week I took my girlfriend and her son for an early evening meal.. The employee's seemed bored and indifferent... The wings were almost inedible... They had that "quickly defrosted under running water and thrown in a deep fryer" taste... with wilted and brown edge celery.. REALLY! SERIOULY? So with so many choices available in this category of restaurant ... forget it half pints... I won't be back... Too many places care enough to treat paying customers who are willing to lay down hard earned cash with a little more respect and work a little harder to do something a little special.. oh like maybe honoring the drink specials you have on your menu! a novel idea right? See ya!....

Initially, I was very happy to live so close to a sports bar when I moved to the area. We stopped in for dinner and a few drinks one evening and were very disappointed. The food was mediocre at best and overall the food and drinks were quite pricey. We were shocked at how expensive our bar tab was. This was a one time experience for us. They really need more drink specials on a regular basis to make it worthwhile. Quite disappointing overall.

Beer was cold, decent variety but nothing special. Food came out quickly and was hot. Waitstaff was polite. Prices are average for the area.

Decent food at a good price. Nothing that will blow you away, but it was all quite edible. Initially speaking the beer list looked a little pathetic, but if you ask they have some solid off menu craft beer bottles (Dogfish 60 & 90 Minutes as well as two selections from Evo). Service was a little on the slow side, but everyone there is very friendly and personable. Everything from the kitchen was cooked properly, and made everyone in our party very happy with what they ordered. Let's face it, when you have fries made into little smiley faces for the Kids Menu, you get instant points right there. There was a great Prime Rib special ($19 for what amounted to probably 24oz of beef) with a side of potatoes and almond covered green beans. Was probably the highlight of the night at the table. Well cooked and just massive. There was also a "Better than Bang Bang" Shrimp appetizer that we got for the table. The shrimp themselves were huge and the sauce had a very nice bite to it. It was a little too spicy for one member of our party, but we made short work of the rest of them. Better than it's namesake, I'll leave that as a toss up. It's definitely a Miller Lite type of bar though as we had to do some lessons on Martini's and ordering of Bourbon. Even the bartender didn't know what two fingers of Bourbon was... :( Overall, it was a very good experience and we'll definitely be back again. If you want a place with decent pub food, don't mind a little wait to your dinner, and just want to be in an unpretentious place with nice people and walk out without your wallet being drained, this is the place for you.

Alright food, alright service. I got fried ravioli and it was just meh, but the french fries were pretty good. Service, while friendly, was very slow. Since I don't live in the area nor have any real reason to ever come here (save for a birthday party or two), I don't usually come to this place. You can do much better in other parts of that area.
